SPAM Email Protection

Email sent to Ricky, Maggie, Nicky and Tarryn is filtered for SPAM. Emails which are identified as being SPAM are deleted on the POP3 Server by the Web Server. They are never received.

Emails which are identified as SPAM and are DELETED are replied to automatically. If you recieve a reply notifying you that your email has been deleted, or otherwise suspect that email being sent to Ricky, Maggie, Nicky or Tarryn is being filtered for deletion, add the phrase "(NOT SPAM)" to the subject of your email. Make sure that you include the brackets.

The email which you sent has been identified as being SPAM (unsolicited commercial or offensive email), and has been deleted. It did not reach the recipient.

This was done by an automated process which makes it's decisions based on words and phrases in the subject and body of the email, as well as looking at the sender and recipient of the email. This identification method is not perfect and sometimes email which is not SPAM is erroneously identified as being SPAM, and is deleted. The reason that your email has been identified as SPAM is listed below.

Identified as SPAM because : Contents contains the word or phrase '(phrase)'

If your email is not SPAM, please try again after modifying the content or subject. If you are a friend or family of the Chalmers, then please contact us, and we will add your email address to a list of trusted email addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
