An Introduction To Blogging
A Blog, or weBLOG, is simply an online diary for recording your thoughts and whatever else you fancy. TheChalmers.com allows blogs to be stored on the site for family members, and other authorised users.
How do I setup a Blog ?
The easiest way of accessing your blog is via the Google Toolbar. That way, your blog is always available.
To install the Google Toolbar, go to this page and download it : http://toolbar.google.com/
To ensure the "Blog This !" button is available, click the options button and make sure that the BlogThis! option is checked.
Now you need to register on Blogger - Click on this link : http://new.blogger.com. Click on the Start Now ! button. Register by providing a user name, first name, last name email address and password. Now to create your blog, give it a name and description, and select to FTP it to TheChalmers.com web site.
You will now need the FTP details for TheChalmers.com web site. You can request these by email ( Image Error:Cannot create file C:\Sites\Single23\rickychalmers\webroot\upload\Temp\Image13.jpg ).
